last 18 years in value engineering/ re-engineering,
importation of metal and machined parts ie forgings,
castings, sheet metal, deep drawn, welded parts, special
fabricated parts from Eastern Europe to Germany, Switzerland,
Austria and France.

The Company has set up three
joint ventures (with local engineers / entrepreneurs)
in Hungary, Slovakia and Czech Republic for manufacture
of above metal components. These local engineers and
entrepreneurs have been trained upto a level to enable
them lead these companies successfully.
Hungary: Machining of castings, forgings, welded parts
~ Turnover Euro 4 million for customers in Germany &
Switzerland.
Slovakia: Machined parts and welded parts ~ Euro
1.5 million for customers in Germany & Austria.
Czech Republic: Sheet metal parts, tanks, silos, aluminium
castings ~ Euro 2.5 million for customers in Germany & France.
India & China: For the last 2 years, the
company has been outsourcing forgings, castings and
machined parts from India and China for European companies.

entrepreneurs guide and co-ordinate entire outsourcing operations
from best cost countries. Their expertise in manufacture of
forgings, castings, machined components, pressed parts, specialised
fabrication, quality control, cost optimisation, global outsourcing
are available for all the network partners.
This support enables the network partners in best cost
countries to handle entire outsourcing function from
enquiries through sample development, problem solving,
quality and order execution in India, China, Hungary,
Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
